After earning my Master's Degree in Economics and Management, I began my career in Sales and Communication in Naples. In 2017, I relocated to Prague to work as a Recruitment Consultant and Headhunter, assisting pharmaceutical and medical device companies in recruiting top talents for the Italian market. It was then that I began to deepen my understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate profile optimization, and interview techniques, enabling me to advise my clients and candidates on how to successfully navigate the job market.

In 2019, I joined Amazon's HR Operations Team, where I quickly advanced, receiving two promotions in two years, from Senior Administrator to Team Manager, and then to Senior Manager. This role broadened my exposure to various aspects of Human Resources and allowed me to manage large teams, further enhancing my skills in talent development as I was responsible for the growth and performance of several teams and made crucial hiring decisions for my company.

In 2023, I left Amazon to join Revolut, focusing on Performance Management. Initially starting as an individual contributor, I was offered the opportunity to act as Head of Performance Operations. I led a team of specialists in charge of the entire Performance lifecycle, overseeing probations, performance improvement plans, performance reviews, promotion frameworks, and their execution on a global scale.

My experience in HR, Recruitment, Performance, and Management practices in the corporate world, combined with my personal success in climbing the corporate ladder, increasingly fueled my passion for providing guidance and advice to other ambitious professionals aiming to achieve their career goals. This passion was further solidified through additional studies and certifications in Life and Career Coaching.
